NIF 2 extended financing to Namibia Bulk Infrastructure Grid Solutions (Pty) (NBIGS) Ltd for the decongestion of the Peter Nanyemba Road, starting at Van Eck Power Station the Ongos Valley Development. Developing the road into a dual carriage road.
NIF 2 invested in Kitai Abattoir (Pty) Ltd for the development of a feedlot, and an international standard abattoir, with laboratory/quality assurance facilities. Kitai Abattoir intends to produce a high quality meat for exports to international markets, specializing in the production of niche high-end wagyu beef.
NIF 2 invested in Demshi Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd (DIH) for the development of telecommunication infrastructure, particularly the installation of open-access fiber and network towers across the Namibian landscape.
NIF 2 invested in Prosperity Education Namibia (Pty) Ltd (PEN) for the development of Oshana Gymnasium Private school and to acquire and develop Dolphin Private School to be renamed to Walvis Bay Gymnasium in Walvis Bay.
NIF invested in Midnight Blue for the development of phase 1 of the municipal plots at Farm 37, Nubuamis Hill, Brakwater. The project consists of 77 plots which comprise of single, business and general residential erven.
